Hi, my name is Denise Buchanan. I live in Indiana. When this picture was taken I was 32 years old. I was actively pursuing both, a career in material mgt. and a bachelor degree in business. In September of 1993 I purchased my first home -- a modest two bedroom, one bath brick house with a basement. My greatest passion at this time was horseback riding with family and friends. Little did I know that during the following two years, my life would take a dramatic turn to the worst.

This picture was taken at Nashville, Indiana, a
tourist town often referred to as "Little Nashville".
Among the many attractions to this mid-southern
Indiana town are many novelty shops and a concert
hall. Well known country singers perform here,
as they do in Nashville, Tennessee.
